The opening of D.A. Pennebaker’s 1967 Bob Dylan doc Don’t Look Again – that includes the zeitgeist Subterranean Homesick Blues clip with lyric cue playing cards – has gotten a redo with contributions from dozens of artists, designers, filmmakers, and musicians together with Bruce Springsteen, Patti Smith, Jim Jarmusch, and Wim Wenders.
The remake brings classic photographs of Dylan along with new artwork, animation, and cameos from a bunch of notable creatives, together with Cey Adams, Anthony Burrill, Francis Cabrel, Julian Home, Azazel Jacobs, Michael Joo, The Stone Roses’ John Squire, and Naoki Urasawa. Made us homesick for a cameo by Dylan, however no go.
