Sega of America employees say their employer is undermining their union

Over a month after its formation, Sega of America’s worker-led union AEGIS has alleged its guardian firm is interfering with its unionization efforts. On Twitter, the union referred to as on Sega to take a stance of neutrality forward of its June 16 vote. 
“As an alternative of dwelling as much as Sega’s values of ‘respecting our staff’ proper to prepare for labor-management session,’ administration has initiated a marketing campaign in response to us exercising our rights,” it wrote. “We name on administration to stop their anti-union marketing campaign.”
