The SEC defined that creator Neil Chandran and promoters Garry Davidson, Michael Glaspie, Amy Mossel, and Linda Knott “falsely claimed that buyers may generate extravagant returns by investing in a blockchain know-how referred to as Coindeal that will be bought for trillions of {dollars} to a bunch of outstanding and rich patrons.”
Nevertheless, the regulator stated no Coindeal sale ever occurred and no distributions have been made to buyers.
